Contribution Privacy Assurance

Individual contribution amounts are strictly confidential between you and the committee Treasurer. Public rosters only show whether you have completed your RSVP—your contribution amount is never displayed on the public website.

The Admin Hub provides four real-time tally cards: Total Registered RSVPs, Headcount (Adults + Kids) for Mess Food, Sirsi Hotel Rooms Required, and Career Mentorship Volunteers.

Tap “Export CSV” to download the complete attendee roster including names, phone numbers, family headcounts, travel mode, Sirsi lodging needs, and career mentorship topics. Hand this spreadsheet directly to the Sirsi hotel and mess catering vendors.

Under the Faculty Tab, committee leads can:

• Update Teacher Status: Mark invitations as Confirmed, Contacted, To Contact, or Declined.
• Arrange Sirsi Lodging: Toggle Room: Booked ✅ once hotel rooms are reserved for visiting faculty.
• Add Guru / Faculty Member: Tap the “+ Add Guru / Faculty Member” button to register a newly traced retired teacher with their subject, years taught, contact phone, and assigned volunteer coordinator.
• Edit Master Profiles: Edit biography notes and volunteer contact leads for any faculty record.

Alumni Master Profile Audits

Administrators can edit alumnus records on behalf of batchmates, update phone numbers, toggle payment confirmation, or correct family headcounts.

When batchmates submit contributions on /contribute, entries arrive in the Incoming Contributions & UTR Verification Desk. The Treasurer (Santhosh BG) matches the 12-digit UTR reference against bank statements and taps “Verify Credit” to officially stamp the credit and increment the public pool inflow.

Super-Admins can broadcast instant announcements, urgent weather advisories, or celebration alerts. Updating the announcement pushes the banner immediately across every batchmate's phone in real time without requiring a page refresh.

Configure official receiving account details (Account Holder, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, UPI ID, and Coordinator WhatsApp). Uploading an updated QR code image immediately updates the public /contribute gateway.

Budget Targets & Contractor Milestone Logging

Adjust target budget goals, log offline sponsorships, and post contractor milestone disbursement vouchers with civil inspection notes.

Where is the venue and how do I reach the campus?

The event is hosted at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Uttara Kannada. The nearest major town is Sirsi (connected by KSRTC buses from Bengaluru, Hubballi, and Mangaluru). Dedicated cab and station pickups are coordinated by Shridhar S Kini and our local transport team.

What is the recommended dress code?

Saturday: Smart casuals for campus walks, student mentoring panels, and sports attire for evening PT/volleyball.
Sunday: Traditional Indian attire (kurta/sari/formal) for the Grand Felicitation Ceremony and school assembly.

Can family members attend?

Yes, spouses and children are warmly welcomed! Please ensure you specify the exact number of adults and children in your RSVP form so that catering passes and seating are reserved accurately.
